Most Commonly Asked Questions
Q1.Are you accepting new patients?
Thank you for your interest in our practice! Yes, we are accepting new patients for diagnosis, medication management, and therapy appointments. Some new-patient and follow-up appointments must be completed in person. Other visits may be conducted via telehealth.
We aim to schedule patients within the same week, though availability depends on the provider. While online scheduling is available, calling the office is the best way to confirm times, waitlists, or cancellations.

Q2. How do I request a refill on my medication?
Refills are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. To maintain safe and effective care, follow-up appointments are required at least **every 90 days* for ongoing refills.
For refill requests, please call the office directly, or submit a request through the EHR patient portal. We do not prioritize electronic refill requests generated by pharmacies, as these are often automatic and may be inaccurate if your medications have recently changed. To ensure timely refills, please contact us at least 3 days before running out of medication. While we aim to process requests within 1–2 business days, refill requests are not considered emergencies and will be handled during regular business hours.
Important:
* Any new medication requires a patient visit.
* Controlled substances require an in-person or telehealth visit at least every three months.
* If you have not had a follow-up within the past 90 days, refills may be denied or partially filled until your appointment is completed.
